Nahrab pilot automatic control valves are used as control and regulating valves in lines. The operation of these valves is fully automatic and is controlled by the flow and does not require the application of energy from outside. In order to regulate the flow or pressure , a hydraulic circuit with a pressure difference between upstream and downstream of the valve and a regulating valve (pilot) is used, The command circuits of Nahrab control valves are state to the art and made of the best stainless steel and all of its various pilots are also produced by Nahrab Gostar Eshtehard Company.

The stainless steel unions and nipple and connector assembly makes it possible to inspect or open and close the valve at any moment and any section without needing to use any sealing trip .

شیر فشار شکن و کنترل ورودی:

این شیر ترکیبی از شیر فشارشکن و شیر ثابت نگهدارنده فشار است که به کمک دو عدد پایلوت وظایف زیر را بر عهده دارد:

  • ثابت نگه داشتن فشار خروجی بدون توجه به تغییرات فشار ورودی
  • تنظیم و تثبیت حداقل فشار ورودی در یک محدوده مشخص و تعیین شده

بخش خودکار کنترل ورودی توسط فشار بالادست بطور نرمال باز نگه داشته می شود ولی افت فشار در حد نقطه تنظیم تعدیل می شود و این به نوبه خود شیر اصلی را برای ثابت نگه داشتن فشار مطلوب در بالادست تنظیم می کند.

در این شیر پایلوت اول برای تثبیت فشار ورودی و پایلوت دوم برای تثبیت فشار خروجی است. این شیر به شیر کنترل آب بالادست نیز معروف است بدین معنی که فشار ورودی را در عدد تنظیم شده نگاه داشته و خروجی نیز به صورت یک فشار شکن معمولی با پایلوت بعدی قابل تنظیم است.
