Level Control Valve (Floater):
Level control valves (float) keep the water level constant in the tank or adjust it between the specified minimum and maximum values. These valves are grouped in two Types as Follows:
(On-Off Valve): These pilots keep the water level of the tanks between the minimum and maximum levels, in this case, when the water in the tank rises to the surface, the pilot commands to shut- off the water flow and until the water level drops, Reaching the minimum level, the valve stays closed. and when the water reaches the minimum desired level, the float valve opens to raise the water level again.
Modulating
This type of float valve adjusts the water at inlet of the tank relative to its outlet, so that the more consumption , the more the valve pilot opens and the flow rate of the float valve increases, and the lower consumption and higher the water level, the pilot of The valve closes and flow rate of the valve decreases, and when the water level in the tank reaches the maximum value, the flow will be shut off.
