Application
Butterfly valves are used in all water supply facilities, including drinking and raw water, as well as non-corrosive fluids up to 70 ° C to shut off the flow. The use of butter fly valves in transmission lines as a flow controller is not permitted and must be in the fully open or fully closed position.
Product Features and advantages:
- Valve design according to (DIN 3354) DIN EN 593
- face to face: according to DIN EN 558 Series 20
- flanges: in accordance with standard (DIN 2501) DIN 1092-2
- Adjustment and replacement for sealing rubber without necessity to remove the valve from the line
- Eccentric disc in the body.
- Minimum disc resistance to flow for its design.
- Can be installed in all positions (horizontal, vertical and angled)
- All valve bolts in contact with water are made of stainless steel.
- Closing the valve by turning the hand pulley clockwise.
- Ability to install an electric actuator on the valve
- Machining of valve actuator seat according to ISO 5210.
- Seat machining of valve gearbox according to ISO 5211.
- Ability to install pneumatic actuator on the valve
- No need for sealing washers between flanges
- Can be used for ANSI CLASS 150 flange up to size 300
