Spring –Loaded Check Valve

Application

This valve is used during thrust or suction stroke of the pump to keep the space behind or front of the pump full of fluid and thereby assist in its operation. It is also used in pipes connected to secondary systems, such as branches, whose pressure may be higher than the main system, to prevent fluid from entering the secondary system into the main system. The check valve should open easily against the upstream flow and have a low head loss in the fully open position. Also, when closing it should not cause an in appropriate  water hammer against the reverse flow.

Product features:

• Reduced disc closure time due to less one-way spring check valve movement.
• Increasing the spring force in order to close the valve is much faster , easier and less expensive than increasing the mass of the weight in check valve weight type.
• Unlike weighted check valves, spring valves have no external vulnerable part.
• Unlike weighted check valves, spring check valves can be installed in different positions without the need for structural changes.
• The design of this valve allows the installation of a butterfly valve immediately after it.

• Face to face: according to DIN 3202-F15
• Final hydrostatic test of valve in accordance with (DIN EN 12266-1) ISO 520-1

Corrosion Protection :Electrostatic epoxy powder coating with minimum  250  thickness and certified by reputable international institutions for potable water.
