Application
Nahrab pilot automatic control valves are used as control and regulating valves in lines. The operation of these valves is fully automatic and is controlled by the flow and does not require the application of energy from outside. In order to regulate the flow or pressure , a hydraulic circuit with a pressure difference between upstream and downstream of the valve and a regulating valve (pilot) is used, The command circuits of Nahrab control valves are state to the art and made of the best stainless steel and all of its various pilots are also produced by Nahrab Gostar Eshtehard Company. The stainless steel unions and nipple and connector assembly makes it possible to inspect or open and close the valve at any moment and any section without needing to use any sealing trip .
Products features and advantages:
- Easy installation due to the low weight of the valve
- flanges: in accordance with (2501 DIN) EN 1092-2
- Face to face: according to (DIN 3202) DIN EN 558-1 Series1) F1
- Final test of valve in accordance with DIN EN 12266-1
Corrosion Protection:
Electrostatic epoxy powder coating with minimum 250 thickness and certified by reputable international institutions for potable water.
Pressure Reducing valves:
The pressure reducing valve automatically reduces the variable and high upstream pressure to a low and constant downstream pressure, regardless of changes the flow rate or pressure in downstream by a pilot. This valve is able to keep the downstream pressure constant within a certain range. When there is no water consumption in valve downstream or in other words ,if the downstream pressure exceeds the set pressure of the control pilot, the pressure reducing valve closes automatically and prevents the hydrostatic pressure rise . This valve is used to adjust the pressure in the network. Nahrab Gostar pressure reducing valves easily and accurately adjust the pressure and thanks to its frictionless diaphragm system, its wearing is less than piston systems in hard water due to sedimentation and because of its best internal moving parts material, It has a very long life, minimum vibration and noise in the circuit during operation.
